PROGEMA ENGINEERING is specialized in the production of CIP Units ("Cleaning In Place"). These cleaning units can be fully automatic, tailor sized to cope with any customer's needs either on existing and new plants of the Customer/Committent. Over the years, our company has been able to develop different solutions suitable in particular for the Food Industry, with Modular CIP in automated applications of any kind.
The Plus of this innovative range of products, result of our experience, lies in its initial project and in the modular PLC software which makes it possible to fit preassembled skids to guest either two or more tanks, one or two detergents. The control components are of absolute excellence while the final product offers the Customer the benefit of a very affordable cost. Our CIP are suitable for both the washing of internal lines or tankers. They can also be used to wash large tanks or piping of major size.
Our CIP are enriched by dedicated functions and are managed by PLCs equipped with operator panel to govern all operating parameters and stages of washing. The management program, developed by us, allows wide possibilities for customization and adjustment of the system to suit the most varied customer requirements. CIP units are pre-mounted on a skid/chassis and are supplied complete with piping, valves, probes, electrical panel and wiring.
They are fully tested at our factory to facilitate extremely quick and easy starting of the unit at the customer facilities. The number and size of tanks can be selected upon the type of end-using applications and size of plants to clean.
